Great job on getting your gym session done and having some protein rich snack. Also youre doing a fantastic job incorporating fiber and lean proteins into your breakfast routine.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, spinach, banana, peanut butter, and chia seeds.

  • 2.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  • 3.

    If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled shake.

  • 4.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little honey or stevia.

  • 5.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

    1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)

    1 medium banana

  • 5.

    1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (no added sugar)

    1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 7.

    Ice cubes (optional)
