Busy morning so protein shake-blackberries raspberries banana protein powder Greek yogurt spinach and powder peanut butter. Had a Rice Krispie treat last night and felt guilt this morning. Know Im allowed a treat now and then but still feel the guilt.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, banana, blackberries, raspberries, spinach, and powdered peanut butter.

  • 2.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  • 3.

    If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.

  • 4.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary (consider adding a splash of honey or maple syrup, but keep it minimal).

  • 5.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

    1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based)

    1/2 cup Greek yogurt (low-fat)

    1 banana

    1/2 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 6.

    1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 7.

    1 cup fresh spinach

  • 8.

    1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter (no added sugar)

  • 9.

    Ice cubes (optional)
