Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the almond milk, spinach, avocado, frozen blueberries, cauliflower, chia seeds, and protein powder.
2.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
3.
If using Greek yogurt, add it in and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired (consider adding a splash of vanilla extract or a date).
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
