Instructions
1.
Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping them as needed (about 5 minutes).
2.
In a blender, combine cucumber, kale, green apple, lime juice, protein powder, and water or almond milk (2 minutes).
3.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if desired (1-2 minutes).
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more apple or lime juice if needed.
5.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
