Instructions

In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little honey or a sugar substitute.
4.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
