Great work on hitting your target of incorporating lean proteins into breakfast 4 times this week The berries add a nice touch of fiber which also helps with satiety. I hope you continue to track your progress on this routine after this week until it becomes a habit! Instructions

  • 1.

    In a blender, combine the coconut milk, protein powder, mixed berries, banana, and chia seeds.

  • 2.

    If using spinach, add it to the blender as well.

  • 3.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  • 4.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary (you can add a little honey or maple syrup, but keep it minimal for weight loss).

  • 5.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

    1 scoop protein powder (plant-based or whey)

    1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

    1 ripe banana

    1 handful of spinach (optional for extra nutrients)
