Instructions

In a blender, combine the mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and chia seeds.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
4.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
