Instructions

  • 1.

    In a blender, combine the frozen mango, blueberries, strawberries, and banana.

  • 2.

    Add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and skim milk to the blender.

  • 3.

    If using, add the handful of spinach for extra fiber.

  • 4.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  • 5.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little honey or a sweetener of your choice.

  • 6.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
