Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen mixed berries, banana, almond butter, rolled oats, chia seeds, and protein powder.

If using, add the Greek yogurt for extra creaminess and protein.
3.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (consider adding a splash of honey or maple syrup, but keep it minimal).
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
