Instructions

  • 1.

    In a blender, combine the coconut milk, plain yogurt, banana, and ground cinnamon.

  • 2.

    Add the chia seeds and ice cubes if desired.

  • 3.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  • 4.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a little honey or a sweetener of your choice.

  • 5.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
