“Frittata greens smoothie”

Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the cooked greens, cherry tomatoes, banana, almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds.
2.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
3.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a little honey or a sweetener of your choice.
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

1 cup cooked greens (spinach, kale, or Swiss chard)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
3.
1 banana
4.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-calorie milk alternative)
5.
1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based)

1 tablespoon chia seeds
7.
Ice cubes (optional)
