Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the almond milk and protein powder. Blend on low until mixed (about 30 seconds).
2.
Add the frozen blueberries, spinach, chia seeds, flax seeds, and hemp seeds. If using, add the banana for sweetness.
3.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes).
4.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
5.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then pour into glasses and enjoy!
