Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
2.
Blend on high until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
3.
Taste and add honey if desired for sweetness, then blend again briefly.
4.
Pour into a travel cup or glass and enjoy immediately.
