Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, nonfat vanilla yogurt, ground flaxseed, spinach, and almond milk.
2.
Blend on high until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
3.
If desired, add ice and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a little honey or a sweetener of your choice.
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
