Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, protein powder, chia seeds, and almond butter (if using).
2.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
3.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding a little honey or maple syrup if desired (keep in mind this will increase sugar content).
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
