Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine 2 cups of water and 1 cup of coffee with 1/8 cup of 1% milk. Blend until well mixed (about 30 seconds).

Add 1 cup of 1% milk, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop of protein powder, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, and 1 tsp of honey (if using).
3.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes).
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
