Instructions

  • 1.

    In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, and spinach (if using).

    Blend on high until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.

  • 3.

    Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie and blend again until desired consistency is reached.

  • 4.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding a little honey or stevia if desired.

  • 5.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
