Instructions

In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, dragonfruit, kale, chia seeds, yogurt, almond milk, and protein powder.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding a small amount of honey or maple syrup if desired.
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
