Instructions
1.
Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, and spinach to a blender.
2.
Pour in the almond milk and add the protein powder.
3.
If using, add chia seeds for extra fiber.
4.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
5.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary (consider adding a splash of honey or maple syrup, but keep it minimal).
6.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
