Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the high protein flour, baking powder, and any optional spices (like cinnamon).

In another bowl, whisk together the whole egg, egg whites, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped spinach.

Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
