Instructions

1. In a non-stick skillet, cook the turkey sausage links over medium heat until browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add the egg whites and scramble until fully cooked (about 3-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the English muffins until golden brown.

4. Assemble the breakfast by placing the scrambled egg whites and turkey sausage on the bottom half of each English muffin.

5. Top with a generous dollop of Greek yogurt and fresh berries. Drizzle with honey if desired.

6. Place the top half of the English muffin on and serve immediately.
