Instructions

    1. In a non-stick skillet, cook the turkey sausage links over medium heat until browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.

    2. In the same skillet, add the egg whites and scramble until fully cooked (about 3-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
