Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Stir in the diced vegetables and shredded cheese.

Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
6.
While the muffins are baking, serve the Whole Milk Skyr in bowls and top with a sprinkle of pectin and carob bean gum for added texture.
7.
