To increase my protein intake I added Greek yogurt & increased the amount of egg whites to 5 oz from my usual 3 oz. I felt full longer than usual.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a non-stick skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  • 2.

    In the same skillet, add the egg whites and cook, stirring gently, until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 3.

    In a bowl, layer the Greek yogurt, cooked egg whites, and sliced strawberries.

  • 4.

    Serve with the crispy turkey bacon on the side.

    1 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or non-fat)

    1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 4.

    2 slices turkey bacon (or lean bacon alternative)
