Instructions

1. Begin by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.

2. While the eggs are cooling, toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.

3. In a bowl, scoop out the Greek yogurt. If you prefer it sweeter, mix in a teaspoon of honey.

4. Slice the bananas and set aside.

5. Once the eggs are cool, peel and slice them in half.

6. Assemble your plate: place the yogurt in the center, add the sliced bananas, the hard-boiled eggs, and the toasted bread on the side.
