“2 cups water 1cup coffee w/spash 1%milk 2/3 cups non fat plain Greek yoghurt 1/2 cup flaxseed granola 1/2 cup blueberries 1tsp honey”

Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine the non-fat plain Greek yogurt and honey. Mix well until smooth (1 minute).
2.
In a separate bowl, layer the flaxseed granola and blueberries (1 minute).
3.
Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola and blueberries (1 minute).
4.
Serve with a cup of coffee and a glass of water (2 minutes).
