Instructions

1. Boil or scramble the eggs: If boiling, place eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 9-12 minutes. If scrambling, whisk eggs in a bowl and cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until set (about 5 minutes).

2. Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.

3. In a bowl, serve 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt per person.

4. Slice the bananas and place them on the yogurt.

5. Serve the eggs alongside the toast and yogurt for a complete meal.
