Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, combine the plain non-fat yogurt and honey. Stir well to mix. (2 minutes)

    Layer the yogurt mixture at the bottom of serving bowls. (2 minutes)

    Top with flaxseed granola evenly across the yogurt. (1 minute)

  • 4.

    Add the chopped pistachios and blueberries on top of the granola. (2 minutes)

  • 5.

    Drizzle a little extra honey on top if desired. Serve immediately.
