Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, combine the plain nonfat Greek yogurt and honey (if using). Mix well until smooth.

  • 2.

    Layer the yogurt mixture in serving bowls.

  • 3.

    Top each bowl with nut & flax granola and fresh berries.

  • 4.

    Serve with a cup of coffee and a glass of water on the side.
