Instructions
1.
1. In a non-stick skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, pour in the egg whites and cook until set, stirring occasionally, about 3-5 minutes.

3. While the eggs are cooking, slice the strawberries and set aside.

4. Once the eggs are cooked, plate them alongside the turkey bacon.
5.
5. Serve with a generous scoop of Greek yogurt and top with sliced strawberries.
