Instructions

    In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, spinach, pineapple chunks, and chia seeds.

  • 2.

    Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  • 3.

    Taste the mixture and add honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.

  • 4.

    Pour into bowls or glasses and enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for later.
