Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and unsweetened almond milk. Stir until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).

Add the chia seeds and vanilla extract (if using) to the yogurt mixture. Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand.
3.
Once the chia seeds have expanded, divide the yogurt mixture into four bowls.
4.
Top each bowl with fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of sweetener if desired.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
