Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Mix until smooth.
2.
Fold in the chia seeds and half of the mixed berries, reserving the other half for topping.
3.
Divide the yogurt mixture into four bowls or jars.
4.
Top each serving with the remaining mixed berries and a sprinkle of granola.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
