Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the turkey sausage links. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

In the same skillet, pour in the whisked eggs. Stir gently with a spatula until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your desired consistency, about 3-5 minutes.

While the eggs are cooking, prepare the yogurt parfait. In a bowl, layer the low-fat yogurt, followed by the diced pineapple and halved grapes. Drizzle with honey if desired.
5.
Serve the scrambled eggs and turkey sausage alongside the yogurt parfait for a balanced breakfast.
