Instructions
1.
1. In a non-stick skillet, cook the turkey sausage over medium heat for about 5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Toast the English muffins until golden brown.

4. Assemble the breakfast by placing scrambled eggs on the bottom half of the muffin, topping with turkey sausage, and closing with the other half.

5. Serve with a side of low-fat cottage cheese and mixed fresh fruit.
