I also had a boiled egg with yogurt. I was quite hungry by the time I was able to eat breakfast. I had 3 clients back to back to back this morning so breakfast came a little later than usual.

Off to an amazing start!! Congrats on completing your first protein-rich breakfast this week. I know it can be challenging to fit in a healthy breakfast with a busy schedule but youre doing well

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Start by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and let sit for 9-12 minutes, then cool in cold water.

  • 2.

    2. While the eggs are boiling, prepare the Greek yogurt. If using plain yogurt, you can mix in honey for sweetness if desired.

  • 3.

    3. Slice the fresh strawberries and set aside.

  • 4.

    4. Once the eggs are cooled, peel and slice them.

  • 5.

    5. In a bowl, layer the Greek yogurt, sliced eggs, and strawberries. Sprinkle chia seeds on top for added fiber.

    6. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
