Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the non-fat plain Greek yogurt and honey. Mix well until smooth.
2.
Divide the yogurt mixture into four bowls.
3.
Top each bowl with 1/2 cup of raspberries, 1 tbsp of chopped pistachios, and 1 tbsp of granola.
4.
If using, sprinkle 1 tbsp of cooked quinoa, chia seeds, and flaxseeds on top of each bowl.
5.
Serve immediately with a cup of coffee on the side.
