Great breakfast today and yesterday! The addition of the granola gives a bit of crunch love it

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the non-fat plain Greek yogurt and honey. Mix well until smooth.

  • 2.

    Divide the yogurt mixture into four bowls.

  • 3.

    Top each bowl with 1/2 cup of raspberries, 1 tbsp of chopped pistachios, and 1 tbsp of granola.

  • 4.

    If using, sprinkle 1 tbsp of cooked quinoa, chia seeds, and flaxseeds on top of each bowl.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately with a cup of coffee on the side.

    3 cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 4.

    2 cups raspberries

  • 5.

    4 tbsp pistachios, chopped

  • 6.

    4 tbsp granola (preferably quinoa, chia, and flaxseed granola)

  • 7.

    4 tsp honey

  • 8.

    4 tbsp cooked quinoa (optional)

  • 9.

    4 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

  • 10.

    4 tbsp flaxseeds (optional)
