Instructions
1.
1. In a non-stick skillet, cook the eggs over medium heat until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking (about 3-5 minutes).

2. While the eggs are cooking, slice the apples into wedges.

3. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter, mixing until smooth.

4. Serve the cooked eggs alongside the apple slices and the yogurt mixture topped with almonds.
