Here is breakfast. I eliminated butter from rice cake I added back in to prevent nausea from meds

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, scoop out the Greek yogurt and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Mix well.

    Arrange the rice cakes on a plate.

  • 3.

    Top each rice cake with a generous spoonful of the Greek yogurt mixture.

  • 4.

    Sprinkle the almonds around the rice cakes for a crunchy texture.

  • 5.

    Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon on top for added flavor.
