Instructions
1.
In a bowl, scoop out the Greek yogurt and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Mix well.
2.
Arrange the rice cakes on a plate.
3.
Top each rice cake with a generous spoonful of the Greek yogurt mixture.
4.
Sprinkle the almonds around the rice cakes for a crunchy texture.
5.
Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon on top for added flavor.
