“2 cups water 1 cup coffee w/ splash 1% milk. 2/3 cup non fat plain Greek yoghurt w/1/3 cup chia/oat/flax granola 1/4 cups pistachios 1/3 cup raspberries 1tsp honey.”

Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine the non-fat plain Greek yogurt and honey. Mix well until smooth.
2.
Layer the chia/oat/flax granola on top of the yogurt.
3.
Add the pistachios evenly over the granola.
4.
Top with fresh raspberries for a burst of flavor.
5.
Serve with a cup of coffee and water on the side.
