Great effort Darby! Youre just one step away from achieving your weekly breakfast target. Your choice of ingredients is impressive especially the Greek yoghurt and pistachios which are excellent sources of lean protein. Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, combine the non-fat plain Greek yogurt and honey. Mix well until smooth.

  • 2.

    Layer the chia/oat/flax granola on top of the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Add the pistachios evenly over the granola.

  • 4.

    Top with fresh raspberries for a burst of flavor.

  • 5.

    Serve with a cup of coffee and water on the side.
