The usual. Haha. Yogurt blueberries keto granola chia seeds. I know Im being repetitive with this one but it has been really satisfying to me lately.

This is great Amy and no worries if it is repetitive as long as you feel satisfied and comfortable with it is ok it is actually a good one! Hope you enjoyed it

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, add 2 cups of Greek yogurt.

  • 2.

    Top the yogurt with 1 cup of blueberries.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle 1 cup of keto granola over the blueberries.

  • 4.

    Finally, add 4 tablespoons of chia seeds on top.

  • 5.

    Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

  • 6.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for a quick breakfast option later.
