Instructions
1.
Prepare the hard-boiled eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
2.
While the eggs are cooking, slice the whole wheat bread and toast it until golden brown.
3.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with sliced strawberries and half of the everything but the bagel seasoning.
4.
Once the eggs are cooled, peel and slice them in half. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top.
5.
Serve the yogurt mixture alongside the toast and eggs for a balanced breakfast.

2 tablespoons everything but the bagel seasoning
