Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and chocolate protein powder. Mix until smooth and well combined (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add the flaxseed meal and mix again until fully incorporated (1 minute).
3.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them (1 minute).
4.
If desired, drizzle honey on top for added sweetness before serving.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for a chilled option.
