Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and ground cinnamon. Stir until well mixed. (2 minutes)
2.
Divide the yogurt mixture into four serving bowls or containers. (2 minutes)
3.
Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. (1 minute)
4.
Serve with sliced apples on the side or mix them into the yogurt. (2 minutes)
