Instructions

1. Start by hard-boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.

2. While the eggs are cooling, dice the watermelon into bite-sized pieces.

3. In a bowl, mix the high-protein yogurt with honey and cinnamon if desired.

4. Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.

5. Assemble your plate: place the yogurt in a bowl, add the diced watermelon, peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs, and serve with the toasted bread.
