Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, scoop the Greek yogurt and spread it evenly.
2.
Top the yogurt with blueberries and blackberries.
3.
Sprinkle sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, and peanuts over the berries.
4.
Drizzle honey on top if desired for added sweetness.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
