2 cups water 1 cup coffeee/splash 1%milk 2/3 cups non fat plain yoghurt w/ 1/2 cups flax granola 2 tbs pistachios 3/4 cup raspberries 1 tbsp honey.

Good morning - and thanks for the updates as always! This breakfast looks delicious!! The flax granola and pistachios are excellent sources of protein and the raspberries add a nice touch of fiber as well - wonderful!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, combine the non-fat plain yogurt and honey. Mix well until smooth. (2 minutes)

  • 2.

    Layer the flax granola at the bottom of four serving bowls. (2 minutes)

  • 3.

    Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola evenly. (2 minutes)

  • 4.

    Top each bowl with raspberries and chopped pistachios. (2 minutes)

  • 5.

    Serve immediately with a cup of coffee or tea on the side.
