“2 cups water 1 cup coffeee/splash 1%milk 2/3 cups non fat plain yoghurt w/ 1/2 cups flax granola 2 tbs pistachios 3/4 cup raspberries 1 tbsp honey.”

“Good morning - and thanks for the updates as always! This breakfast looks delicious!! The flax granola and pistachios are excellent sources of protein and the raspberries add a nice touch of fiber as well - wonderful!”
Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine the non-fat plain yogurt and honey. Mix well until smooth. (2 minutes)
2.
Layer the flax granola at the bottom of four serving bowls. (2 minutes)
3.
Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola evenly. (2 minutes)
4.
Top each bowl with raspberries and chopped pistachios. (2 minutes)
5.
Serve immediately with a cup of coffee or tea on the side.
