2 cups water 1 cup coffee/ splash 1%non fat milk 2/3 cup yoghurt W/ 1 tsp almond butter 1/8 tsp vanilla 1/2 banana 1/2 cup flaxseed granola. No sweetener.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, combine the non-fat yogurt, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth (2 minutes).

  • 2.

    Slice the banana and add it to the yogurt mixture, gently folding it in (1 minute).

  • 3.

    In serving bowls, divide the yogurt mixture evenly (2 minutes).

  • 4.

    Top each bowl with flaxseed granola (2 minutes).

  • 5.

    Serve immediately with a cup of brewed coffee and water on the side.

  • 8.

    1/2 cup flaxseed granola (low sugar)
