“2 cups water 1 cup coffee/ splash 1%non fat milk 2/3 cup yoghurt W/ 1 tsp almond butter 1/8 tsp vanilla 1/2 banana 1/2 cup flaxseed granola. No sweetener.”

Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine the non-fat yogurt, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth (2 minutes).
2.
Slice the banana and add it to the yogurt mixture, gently folding it in (1 minute).
3.
In serving bowls, divide the yogurt mixture evenly (2 minutes).
4.
Top each bowl with flaxseed granola (2 minutes).
5.
Serve immediately with a cup of brewed coffee and water on the side.
