Congratulations on hitting you breakfast goal this week You did amazingly!! The Greek yogurt with blueberries is such a tasty choice.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt and stir until smooth (about 1 minute).

    Fold in the vanilla extract if using.

  • 3.

    Layer the yogurt in serving bowls or cups.

  • 4.

    Top with fresh blueberries and sprinkle chia seeds on top if desired.

  • 5.

    Drizzle honey over the top to sweeten to taste.

  • 6.

    Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
