Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt and stir until smooth (about 1 minute).
2.
Fold in the vanilla extract if using.
3.
Layer the yogurt in serving bowls or cups.
4.
Top with fresh blueberries and sprinkle chia seeds on top if desired.
5.
Drizzle honey over the top to sweeten to taste.
6.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
