Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, add the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix until well combined (2 minutes).
2.
Layer half of the sliced bananas on top of the yogurt mixture (1 minute).
3.
Sprinkle half of the sliced almonds over the bananas (1 minute).
4.
Repeat the layering with the remaining yogurt mixture, bananas, and almonds (3 minutes).
5.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup for added sweetness (1 minute).
6.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
