Looks good Darby! Youve successfully hit your weekly target of having a lean protein-rich breakfast daily. The Greek yogurt and flaxseed granola are excellent sources of protein while the raspberries and pistachios add a nice touch of fiber and healthy fats. Lets keep the momentum going into next week as well!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey, mixing well until smooth. (2 minutes)

  • 2.

    Layer the yogurt mixture at the bottom of serving bowls.

  • 3.

    Top with flaxseed granola, fresh raspberries, and pistachios. (3 minutes)

  • 4.

    Serve with a cup of coffee and a glass of water for a complete breakfast. (2 minutes)
